OUR POTTERY AND ART PIECES. IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY SATISFIED WITH
YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE REVIEW OUR RETURN POLICY BELOW:

  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
    • RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
    • ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND SECURELY
      PACKAGED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
    • CUSTOM OR COMMISSIONED PIECES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
      UNLESS THEY ARRIVE DAMAGED.
  2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
    • IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, PLEASE
      CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
    • PROVIDE PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE ALONG WITH YOUR ORDER DETAILS TO [email protected]. WE WILL
      ARRANGE FOR A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.
  3. RETURN PROCESS:
    • TO INITIATE A RETURN, PLEASE EMAIL US AT [email protected] WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR THE RETURN.
    • ONCE YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, WE WILL PROVIDE FURTHER
      INSTRUCTIONS.
    • RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
      CUSTOMER UNLESS THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE.
  4. REFUNDS:
    • REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE THE RETURNED ITEM IS
      RECEIVED AND INSPECTED.
    • REFUNDS ARE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD
      AND MAY TAKE 5–7 BUSINESS DAYS TO REFLECT.
